    I hosted my sister's gender reveal on st Dec upstairs in Wah Bey restaurant. The event went amazingly, Anandhu was brilliant. He kept me informed every step of the way, during the planning and on the day itself. During the planning we wanted to tweak the menu slightly to cater our guests and he was more then accommodating with this request. During the day himself and his staff were spectacular, they were super attentive to our guests, made sure there was food and drinks always on the table, and we're on top of cleaning the tables when needed. We even wanted to move the tables at one point and they were happy to do this and quickly got on the case. Anandhu was always checking with me making sure everything was going well and checking timings with me to make sure the food was served when I wanted it to be. The food was very delicious, large portions and full of flavour. We requested the food not be spicy to accommodate the kids coming to the event and the chefs didn't disappoint, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and there was plenty to take away.Would % recommend doing an event here or just bringing the family for a hearty meal.Big shout out to the team:Anandhu, Thalha, Abdul, Afaq, Samriti, AnjuThank you for the amazing service. :)

    Absolutely brilliant!! Food was amazing, staff were fantastic and an absolutely beautiful private area to have your intimate celebration’s!! We celebrated my sister’s th birthday here after our original restaurant cancelled on us only days prior to our event! Luckily Wah-bey’s private area in the basement was available and my oh my! We were extremely pleasantly surprised!! The area was just perfect, beautiful ambiance, lift access to the basement, food was outstanding and staff were absolutely brilliant! It truly was a blessing in disguise that the other restaurant cancelled on us because we had the BEST time at Wah-bey!! Thank you!

    I went to Wah Bey recently as I had heard good things. The deco is modern and clean. Service was good if a bit slow. They have an expansive list of appetisers and mains. I went with grilled wings and chicken tikka which were good. Mains included a selection of curries, the best of which being the keema special. The butter chicken was also very good. I would recommend and visit again though note parking an issue. Nb. Possibly has the best karak chai in east London!

    Food was excellentThe mixed grill for was exactly how we likes it. The curries and nan where also niceMojitos did not disappoint at allThe restaurant looks amazing from the outside and you would expect the same to reflect on the inside. Absolutely not! Seemed very unclean, the velvet chairs where dirty the toilet where dirty and the floor needs a good clean.The service was above excellent they tried their best to make it comfortable and attentive no doubt.Revamp the inside take a bit more care on the cleanliness and you would turn it around
